RETURNS.
Returns will be accepted for items within 15 days of purchase with the exception of final sale items. Please note that items worn cannot be returned. For returns, customers will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned. Please note that all shipping for returns is not covered by Pawkier. If you wish to return an item or for further questions / details regarding your return, please email our customer service department, hey@pawkier.com.

Exchanges will be accepted for items within 15 days of purchase with the exception of final sale items. All orders are entitled to a return or exchange except pre order purchases. Pre order purchases are FINAL SALE. 
 
SHIPPING AND HANDLING.
Products ship within ONE business day of placing the order, except in the case of a PREORDER product. Yeah, we're quick.
 
FAULTY GOODS.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or were a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 Week of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
